Barger Auto Parts Warranty Policy

We want satisfied customers. Any Barger Auto Parts part may be returned undamaged during the specified warranty period. The original purchaser will receive credit for future purchases or a refund of the purchase price.

LIMITED WARRANTY TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY ON WAREHOUSE PARTS

Engines: 60 day warranty on internal parts. Accessories related to fuel or electrical items, not included. Engines will be warranted against excessive oil use, excessive smoke, or internal bearing knock. The customer is responsible to bring the vehicle to seller for any inspection in case of possible warranty. Any disassembly before seller inspection will void said warranty. No labor.

Power Train: 60 day warranty on all internal parts, not to include seals, filters, brake shoes, wheels, cyclinders, or anti-lock brake parts, incorrect installation including but not ,limited to torque converter, transmission cooler, or lubrication will void said warranty. Vehicles equipped with lift kits, oversized tires or any other variation from factory specifications will void said warranty. The customer is responsible to bring the vehicle to seller for any inspection in case of possible warranty. Any disassembly before seller inspection will void said warranty. No labor.

Cylinder Heads: Used cylinder heads are warranted against cracks and excessive warpage only. Rebuilt cylinder heads will be warranted for 90 days as long as heat tab is intact and in good condition. No labor.

Starters & Alternators: 60 day warranty. No labor.

Electrical: All electrical items such as computers, EMC's or any other such part will not carry any warranty or exchange option.

Vehicle Sales: All vehicles sold are as is and carry no warranty including rebuilders. Customer is responsible for removing vehicles from the premises on the day of sale.

Terms: Said warranty starts from the date on invoice and is limited to the amount of the original purchase only. Labor or other costs will not be covered on any part sold by seller. All cores must be rebuildable, drained of any fluids and returned within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns charged a 20% restocking fee except section cuts which are charged a 50% restocking fee. Proof of purchase is required to receive a replacement or refund. Company reserves the right to make a refund of purchase price if replacement part is unavailable. In no way will seller be liable for or allow any adjustments on tow bills, rented cars, lodging, food, oil or any other related or subsequent charges/expenses incurred. Valid to original purchaser only. Not transferable.
